The Secretary is responsible for Club records and correspondence, and is custodian of the Club Constitution and By-Laws and all other official Club documents.
* Records and provides minutes of Club Officer meetings.
* Provide minutes of when the Treasurer was elected if needed to change the bank mandate to the new Treasurer and President (or other officer).
* Organises or helps with other administrative tasks.
* With the President and the VPE, the Secretary is a gatekeeper for the Pathways Programme and can submit approval for completion of a Level in the Programme to Toastmasters International for individual club members.
